Problem
Traditional game design can be complex and time intensive. Holowand began with a simpler question: how could more people create, share, and play holographic games?

The product iterations
We explored a simple pepper’s ghost prism, then an AI-native editor that helps creators rig 3D models and build multiplayer controls in minutes. Each iteration brought the idea closer to something people could use.

Features
A pocket-sized controller, a creator gallery, and a prism that turns a screen into a spatial display. The editor brings components, scripts, and AI into one canvas.

Takeaways
Weekly playtesting with more than 100 users informed development. Pitching the concept to investors and founders helped sharpen how we explain the product and what it can become.
